These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Innos Trading, a logistics company specializing in car sales and shipping from Canada to Nigeria. By using our services, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Services Offered Innos Trading offers vehicle sales and international shipping services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. 

2. Quotes and Pricing All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on weight, volume, destination, and other factors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

3. Payment Terms - A deposit is required to confirm any service or purchase. - Full payment must be received prior to the shipment date or transfer of vehicle ownership. - Payments are accepted via bank transfer, certified cheque, or approved electronic methods. 

4. Shipping and Delivery Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs delays, weather, or port congestion. Innos Trading is not liable for delays or losses beyond our control. 

5. Documentation Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation, including identification, proof of ownership, and any required government paperwork. 

6. Insurance Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Innos Trading is not responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured goods during transit. 

7. Customs and Import Duties The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements in the destination country. 

8. Cancellations and Refunds - Cancellations must be submitted in writing. - Refunds are subject to cancellation fees and are issued based on the status of the shipment or vehicle purchase. 

9. Limitation of Liability Innos Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service. 

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
